J/137 "Cayuse"
On Cayuse,  it has been an ongoing project of updates. Originally, she had an old B&G Hydra 330 System.  We upgraded the 330 displays in the cockpit with the H3000 GFD's.  One of the old displays was refurbished and mounted at the nav station.  Since then, we upgraded the Hydra 330 CPU to the H3000, and installed a new B&G H3000 Autopilot.  We also replaced the existing Edson Pedestal Guard with a somewhat higher one.  The new pedestal guard allowed room for a Nav Pod to enclose the existing Garmin GPS and new H3000 Autopilot Control Unit. The new system was interfaced to the existing Furuno 1632 Radar and Standard Horizon Chartplotter at the nav station.. All in all, it was a great upgrade for the owner's and were very satisfied with the outcome.
